6c39aee1d0 feat(ai): Integrate gptel-magit 
Integrates `gptel-magit` to provide AI assistance directly within
Magit. Disables `gptel-include-reasoning` as a temporary workaround
for an upstream issue (ragnard/gptel-magit#8).
